Cranberry Choc Balls

Cranberries, as we know, are an awesome tool for urinary tract infections, but did you know that oats are great for as siting our bodies when they are stressed. They help the adrenal gland function and nervous activity, and also provide energy, which we burn quickly when stressed. This makes this recipe a useful snack to help aid recovery, as well as being full of other sources of protein

Here is my recipe

- 1/2/ cup of cranberries
- 1/2 cup of Medjool dates
- 1/2 cup of ground almonds
- 30g of dark chocolate cut into small chunks
- 1/2 cups of oats (gluten free for those who need it)
- 1 tbsp of almond butter


1. Put all the ingredients in the food processor and whizz until well blended
2. Roll into small balls and leave to set in the fridge for 30min
3. store in an airtight container in the fridge for 1 week or in the freezer of another time
